o       Overview of normal sleep in the 24/7 society.

o       Taking a sleep history & characterising a sleep complaint.

o       Coffee

o       Workshops A, B, & C. (the use of sleep diaries, other assessment tools, video)

o       Lunch

o       Common sleep disorders

o       Identifying at-risk patients.

o       Evidence-based medicine & referral of patients for specialist investigation & treatment.

o       Patient advice, help & support.

o       Discussion & Close (16:30).
